I am a regular customer through the drive-thru. Lately, the orders that I have received have been either incorrect (e.g. a grilled chicken snack wrap was ordered but a crispy chicken snack wrap was received instead or milk was ordered for coffee and cream was received instead) or product or condiments have been missing. A quality control system is needed so that customers receive the right orders at the drive-thru otherwise, customers will shop elsewhere as McDonald's product is easily substitutable. Robin Stewart
